We handle everything from bathroom and kitchen remodels to siding, window/door replacement, and general home repairs — built on quality craftsmanship and reliable service. Position Summary We're looking for a skilled Carpenter/Remodeler to join our team, performing hands-on carpentry and remodeling work across residential job sites. You'll work directly on active projects — framing, finish carpentry, installations, and repairs — while collaborating with our subcontractor partners (plumbing, electrical, tile, and glass) to deliver finished spaces our clients love Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry: framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and siding installation
• Execute remodeling projects including bathrooms, kitchens, basements, and living spaces
• Read and work from blueprints, scopes of work, and project specifications
• Coordinate on-site with subcontractors (plumbers, electricians, tile setters, glass installers)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Accurately track daily hours and job progress
• Communicate professionally with clients and the business owner regarding project status
• Ensure work meets Faithful Finish's quality standards and local building codes
• Load, organize, and maintain company vehicle and tools for job readiness Qualifications
• 2+ years of carpentry or remodeling experience (residential preferred)
• Working knowledge of framing, trim carpentry, and general construction techniques
• Comfortable using standard power tools and equipment safely
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varied conditions
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Good communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Michigan contractor/trade certifications a plus, but not required What We Offer
