In this role, you will be actively involved in various construction projects, assisting with building, renovation, and restoration tasks. Your hands-on expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse construction initiatives while adhering to safety standards and project specifications. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and assemble materials including metal studs, masonry units, and concrete components. Prepare sites by performing lifting tasks, and digging task. Install rebar reinforcement and perform concrete pouring and finishing to ensure structural integrity. Follow all construction workplace safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Support specialized tasks such as tile laying, flooring installation, caulking, plastering, masonry work, drywall finishing, metal stud framing, concrete cutting/pumping, and roofing repairs. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in using hand tools and power tools efficiently for various construction tasks. Familiarity with heavy lifting procedures and proper use of safety gear on-site. Ability to adapt quickly to different construction environments such as renovation sites or new builds. Why This Job? This isn't a 40-hour-and-done job.
