Construction Laborer

What you'll do Perform a variety of physically demanding tasks, including work at heights, as directed by the supervisor. Operate and maintain a variety of tools and equipment safely, including those specific to roofing and outdoor construction. Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring efficiency and organization. Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safe work practices while on roofs and at heights. Basic qualifications Proven experience as a General Laborer, with specific experience working on roofs or elevated platforms a significant advantage. ️ Must be comfortable and fully capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions for extended periods. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks consistently. A strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
