Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and have a willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks as needed. This is year-round work in all seasonal elements. Duties Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials. Assist skilled tradespeople in their duties as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe workplace. Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Requirements Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Previous experience in construction, landscape, labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed. Must be punctual, reliable, and maintain a positive attitude at work. Work in all seasonal elements. Pass drug screening.
