Your responsibilities will include:

Crew Leadership:

Supervise and mentor a small installation crew to ensure high-quality workmanship and jobsite safety.

Hands-on Installation:

Lead the layout and installation of various fence types, including wood, vinyl, chain-link, and aluminum.

Project Management:

Read layouts, manage materials, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to company standards.

Customer Interaction:

Communicate professionally with customers to address questions and ensure total satisfaction.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 3-5 years in construction.

Skills:

Proficiency with hand/power tools, augers, and skid steers; ability to read site plans and measure accurately.

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs) and work outdoors in various West Michigan weather conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
