Position:
We are looking for a hardworking, reliable General Laborer to join our growing lawn care team! If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, this is the perfect fit for you.

Compensation & Schedule:
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour (Depending on experience)
Schedule:
Full-time Work Environment:
100% outdoors. You will be working outside in various weather conditions.
What We Are Looking For:
We need someone who shows up, works hard, and communicates well. Our ideal candidate meets the following requirements:
Valid Driver's License:
This is an absolute must.
Punctuality & Reliability:
You must be on time and ready to work every day. We depend on our crew to keep our schedule running smoothly.
Physical Ability:
Must be able to safely lift and carry up to 75 lbs and handle the physical demands of outdoor landscaping and lawn care work.
Communication:
Must have solid communication skills and be able to take direction and work well with the rest of the crew.
Work Ethic:
A positive attitude and a willingness to hustle!
Core Responsibilities:
Perform general labor tasks related to lawn maintenance and landscaping. Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely. Load and unload trucks with materials and equipment (up to 75 lbs). Work efficiently outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
