$15-$19 per hour (based on experience) Job Overview Total Tear Out Demo is seeking hardworking and dependable Demolition Laborers to join our growing team. This position involves interior and exterior demolition work on residential and commercial properties. Candidates must be physically capable of performing demanding labor, working safely, and maintaining a positive attitude on the job site. Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial demolition work Remove drywall, flooring, cabinets, fixtures, roofing, and other building materials Operate hand tools and power tools safely Load and unload debris into dumpsters and trailers Assist with job site preparation and cleanup Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications Previous demolition, construction, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in various weather conditions Must be dependable, punctual, and professional Ability to follow directions and work safely Preferred Qualifications Experience using demolition tools and equipment Construction or remodeling experience OSHA certification (not required) What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work opportunities Opportunities for advancement into leadership positions Hands-on training and skill development Team-oriented work environment
