Construction Laborer

Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up tools and equipment Support team members by carrying materials and assisting with their tasks Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on site Follow safety protocols at all times, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines Help with loading and unloading supplies, equipment, and debris removal throughout the project Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of safety procedures related to construction work is preferred Reliable transportation to and from job sites is necessary Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Join us in building something great!
