Construction Workers

We are hiring for General Laborers and a Construction Supervisor. Must have experience. Must be clean and sober including Marijuana. Must have reliable transportation.

Inside Out Builders MI LLC is a small residential construction business in Fife Lake, MI. We complete remodeling, repairing , renovations, and new building construction. We are professional and our goal is to offer quality services to the community we serve with a purpose. Our purpose is to build our company and grow. Once in a position to, we will be Helping Transform Lives From The Inside Out by building affordable housing and providing a livable wage for our Neighbors who work for us.

Looking for Neighbors who are dependable and have own reliable transportation and be available to travel up to an hour radius of Fife Lake. The work hours are typically 8:00am-4:30pm. Job requires lifting and moving and bending and is quite physically demanding. We do roofing, siding, flooring, tiling, drywalling, framing, demolition..anything remodeling related as well as brand new home constructions. Must have prior experience and an eager willingness to learn the trade. We have a goal in mind so we need people willing to work at work and leave home at home. We expect positive work ethic with a sense of urgency. Not standing around smoking or vaping on the job sites. Cell phones should be put away until break or lunch unless it's an emergency.

We want Neighbors to work for us who are not under the influence of any drugs or alcohol . Must be at work with a clear head at all times. Safety is important! However, we do review backgrounds on a case by case basis.

We are a new company and building up. Pay is increased based on employee and company performance, not cost of living or yearly intervals. We promote from within and do not typically hire supervisors but choose to promote those who have earned that title with their skills, dedication, and actions. Pay is bi-weekly. Benefits to follow as company grows. W-2 Only. No tools needed. Must have working cell phone and email.
