POSITION SUMMARY

The Bathroom Installer performs installation tasks under the direction of the Foreman. This includes cabinetry setup, flooring, backsplashes, and assisting with finish work. Skilled Laborers are responsible for quality workmanship and developing leadership skills to advance to Foreman. Success Looks Like Follows direction quickly and correctly. Performs demolition, debris removal, and site protection consistently. Handles materials safely and keeps the jobsite clean. Shows up on time daily and demonstrates excellent citizenship.

OBJECTIVES

Install shower/tub, cabinets, flooring, trim, and backsplash per RenovationsNow SOPs. Assist with demo, prep and coordination with countertop/cabinet scheduling. Assist Foreman & Laborers in daily tasks. Uphold site safety and cleanliness at all times.

Pay:

$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
