We're looking for individuals with experience in the trades, or using tools, who enjoy working outdoors and get fulfillment out of a beautiful finished product. This role is one that starts at our office each day and takes you in company trucks to a job site with a crew lead and other crew members working together. There is opportunity for growth within this role and within the company. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of fences using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment while following detailed job plans. Handle building materials such as wood, metal, concrete, and vinyl with care and precision. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to support efficient project progression. Use carpentry skills for joints and framing. Follow strict safety protocols during all phases of construction, including power tool safety and personal protective measures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project timelines are met while delivering excellent customer service when interacting with clients or site visitors. Experience Prior experience in construction or outdoor labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Familiarity with carpentry, frame carpentry, masonry, or landscape maintenance is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions with outdoor work experience preferred. Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and fasteners. Diggers and auger experience is a plus. Experience navigating site and job safety procedures. Full-time, on-site position. This is active, physical outdoor work in all seasons

Pay:

$18.00

•$22.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0
