This position will support underground electrical installation and excavation projects, including conduit, pipe, duct bank, concrete, drilling, and foundation work. The ideal candidate has hands-on construction experience and is comfortable working in an outdoor, physically demanding environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist with underground electrical excavation and installation projects. Perform excavation, trenching, backfilling, grading, and site preparation. Assist with the installation of underground electrical conduit, pipe, and duct banks. Assist with concrete placement, forming, finishing, and related concrete work. Support drilling operations, including drilling shafts, foundations, and other underground structures. Safely use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment. Assist equipment operators with digging, trenching, material placement, and site work. Load, unload, move, and stage construction materials and equipment. Measure, mark, and prepare work areas according to project specifications. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and jobsite procedures. Work effectively as part of a crew and follow direction from foremen and supervisors. Perform other construction-related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred. Previous construction experience required. Experience with underground conduit, pipe, duct bank, concrete, drilling, shafts, or foundation work strongly preferred. Ability to safely perform physically demanding work for extended periods. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong understanding of basic construction practices and jobsite safety. Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to learn and take direction.
