Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer/Installer and become a vital part of transforming ideas into reality! We are seeking motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in construction management, blueprint interpretation, and technical installation. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials, fixtures, doors, gutters, stucco, plastering, and tile masonry according to project specifications Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to ensure accurate implementation of project requirements Measure dimensions precisely using tape measures and other tools to follow blueprint specifications Support the application of caulking, drywall finishing, and other surface treatments for quality finishes Conduct construction inspections to verify adherence to safety standards and project quality expectations Help with remodeling projects by preparing surfaces, installing fixtures, and performing general carpentry tasks Follow safety protocols including ladder use and proper handling of electrical and plumbing components Skills Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and ladders effectively on construction sites Experience with building material installation such as stucco, drywall, tile masonry, gutters, doors, and fixtures Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately Familiarity with construction management principles and estimating techniques is a plus Strong understanding of plumbing systems, electrical work, and fixture installation processes Ability to perform dimensional measurements precisely and follow blueprint specifications diligently Excellent customer service skills when interacting with clients or team members on-site Experience in construction site safety practices including ladder use and handling heavy equipment Embark on a rewarding career path where your skills contribute directly to creating beautiful, functional spaces.
