Construction Laborer

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will work on various construction projects, assisting with tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Duties:

• Assist with site preparation by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary structures
• Load and unload construction materials from trucks and distribute them to the appropriate locations
• Operate hand and power tools to assist with construction tasks
• Perform general labor duties such as cleaning and organizing work areas
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Experience:

• Previous experience in pool construction, pool service or a related field is preferred but not required
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints is a plus
• Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
