May be asked to use calipers, micrometers, and gauges This is similar to a shop floor work environment. HS diploma or GED Punctuality, reliability, work ethic Hand/eye coordination Able to lift 50 pounds Ability to read blue prints is a bonus Must wear leather work boots (steel toes NOT necessary) #INDABC
