Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate basic hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under supervision Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to perform tasks such as mixing concrete, installing fixtures, or laying bricks Support in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures like ladders, scaffolds, and safety barriers Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety protocols are followed and report any hazards immediately Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency throughout the project Experience Prior experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures is advantageous Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks such as lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment Embark on a rewarding career where your efforts directly contribute to building lasting structures!
