Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer, where your energy and dedication will help build and restore structures that make a difference. In this vital role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, from site preparation to finishing touches, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your hands-on involvement will contribute directly to creating durable, quality spaces and structures. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple facets of construction while working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assist with site setup, including unloading materials and preparing work areas for construction activities Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, and finishing listen to instruction to understand project requirements and execute tasks accurately Carry out home improvement from start to finish. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment to facilitate smooth workflow on the job site Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in renovation projects is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are advantageous Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, safely and effectively Knowledge of masonry, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), drywall installation, flooring installation, tile laying, plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, roofing support, and restoration processes is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout shifts Valid driver's license Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us in building excellence!
