Outside Plant Construction - Laborer

As an Outside Plant Construction - Laborer , you will utilize your skills to: Work in outdoor utility construction sites. Be part of a crew that supports all phases of outside plant construction for various fiber-to-the-home projects. Excavate, trench, and install fiber optic cable and all other necessary facilities. Dig trenches/holes with a shovel. Gather and store tools, maintain equipment and safe work zone. Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field. Learn and train to use various kinds of tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

Safety is a value you live by. You want to learn the telecom construction trade to advance your career. Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, etc. You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality. You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work. You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team. Must have a valid driver's license.
