Excavation Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy equipment operation and a strong mechanical knowledge base. This role involves working on various construction projects, the Laborer will contribute to the successful completion of projects while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Assist with excavation work including digging trenches, shoveling, and using hand tools. Load and unload materials with equipment. Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Follow all safety protocols and regulations while on-site. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Snow removal in the winter. Qualifications Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred. Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and efficiency. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed.
