Construction Laborer

At Mid Michigan Spray Foam, we specialize in a wide range of home improvement tasks that enhance energy efficiency and comfort for our customers. A typical day can include everything from changing light bulbs and spray foaming attics to replacing windows and doors or insulating crawl spaces. Who We're Looking For (Construction Laborer): Candidates with experience in insulation, drywall, doors, and/or windows are preferred We value hard work, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Over nights out of town are required . Lodging, dinners, and transportation to the job site are paid while working out of town. Crews typically spend 1-3 nights out of town per week.

Compensation:

Pay is based on a 40-50 hour work week. We have a blended pay structure and have different pay rates for different parts of the job. Starting Install Pay is $20.00 per hour (majority of hours are install pay) Starting shop Pay is $17.00 per hour Ride along drive time pay is $15.00 per hour We pay daily driving bonuses for those able to drive a truck and trailer.
