Our Site Director will have an important impact on the success of our program. We are offering a $500 bonus for our Site Director. Champions is a before & after-school education provider seeking a full-time Before & After-School Program Director (Site Director) to lead a new on-site elementary school program focused on student supervision, homework support, and staff leadership. Help us bring unforgettable experiences to life for local kids! We're looking for leaders who want to make a difference. We're hiring NOW for the program opening in August 2026 to allow time to ramp up and build the program enrollment ahead of our Grand Opening. As a Site Director, you will: Work 35 hours/week with full benefits (see below for detailed benefits info) Hire, engage, and develop a team of passionate educators Partner with families to create strong relationships and shared educational goals Create a safe, fun, and nurturing environment where kids can thrive Lead engaging activities and implement our proven curriculum tailored to each child's needs Be a positive role model and mentor for kids in grades K-5 $500 Bonus = $250 at 30 days, $250 at 90 days

Qualifications:

12 months+ of leadership experience

• as a lead teacher, a site director, or other leadership background CDA credential may substitute for 6 months of the experience requirement Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire a team Strong customer service and organizational skills Ability to meet state-specific Site Director qualifications Able to work full-time on-site; physically able to interact with young children at their level Proficient in basic computer applications (e.

g., email, Microsoft Office, data entry) Ability to pass a Background check

Preferred Qualifications and Knowledge:

State licensing compliance Experience with budgeting and financial accountability Child care regulations CPR & First Aid certification process Health & Safety compliance Budget Management Enrollment Management Scheduling & Staffing Policy implementation

Split Shift Schedule & Hours:

Before School Monday

• Friday 6:30am
• 8:00am After School Monday

• Friday:

  2:30
• 6:00pm Site Director works approx.

35 hours/week, with administrative time outside of program hours
