General Labor Technician

Overview Join our dynamic Lawn Care Team as a General Labor Technician and become a vital part of the care and maintenance of lawns throughout the area! In this energetic role, you will support daily operations with a premium lawn service, training in the proper use over various equipment use and maintenance. Your mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills will drive efficiency and quality throughout daily work. Responsibilities Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers and other necessary power tools. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools to ensure safety and proper functioning Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote a safe working environment Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks, wearing assigned PPE (personal protection equipment) including in operation of power tools and handling materials when necessary Collaborate with team members to meet goals while adhering to quality standards Skills Proven experience working in a dynamic environment Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and other lawn care equipment safely Ability to follow detailed instructions and work efficiently Strong attention to safety protocols and ability to identify potential hazards Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving Physical stamina to stand, bend, sit and lift objects up to 50 lbs and on occasion more regularly, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute their hands-on skills in a thriving setting.
