Position Overview:

We are seeking General Laborers to assist with the preparation, setup, and finishing of concrete poured walls and foundation work . This is a hands-on, physically demanding role ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a hard-working crew.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with setting up and stripping concrete wall forms Help pour and finish concrete for foundations and walls Load and unload materials and tools Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow direction from supervisors and crew leaders Operate hand and power tools as needed

Requirements:

Experience in concrete or construction is a plus, but willing to train the right candidate Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude Willingness to work in various weather conditions
