Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential contributor to various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work progresses efficiently and safely. Your hands-on involvement will help bring building visions to life, from initial groundwork to finishing touches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment while contributing to high-quality construction outcomes. Duties Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and setting up work zones in compliance with safety regulations Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, and concrete mixers to support construction activities Perform heavy lifting tasks and move materials around the site safely and efficiently Support concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to ensure structural integrity Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform masonry as needed for various projects Conduct demolition or renovation tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions Valid driver's license Family owned and operated company.
Pay:
From $18.00 per hour
