Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated Post Frame Crew Member to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous Post Frame building experience preferred. Responsibilities Clean or prepare construction sites to eliminate possible hazards. Read plans, instructions, or specifications to determine work activities. Signal equipment operators to facilitate alignment, movement, or adjustment of machinery, equipment, or materials. Measure, mark, or record openings or distances to layout areas where construction work will be performed. Load, unload, or identify building materials, machinery, or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to project plans or specifications. Basic Skills Active Learning

- Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly. Troubleshooting
