Job Title:

Foundation Crew Member Job Description Join our team as a Foundation Crew Member and contribute to the construction of residential and commercial sites. You will be involved in tasks such as setting forms, flatwork, walls, and foundation construction. This role offers a dynamic work environment where your experience and preferences will be considered during the allocation process. Responsibilities Set forms for concrete projects. Perform flatwork and concrete wall construction. Work on foundation construction tasks. Reinforce structures with rebar. Travel to various job sites or meet at the shop in the morning. Essential Skills 6 months to 1 year of previous construction experience. Valid driver's license. Ability to pass a 5-panel instant drug test. Additional Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in finish concrete and form setting. Experience with concrete walls and flatwork. Why Work Here? Work Environment This role involves working outdoors on residential and commercial construction sites. The typical workday starts at 7 AM, with a workweek of 45-50 hours. Employees have the flexibility to either travel directly to job sites or meet at the shop in the morning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorhead, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
