Duties As an Operator / Laborer at JL Landworx, no two days are exactly the same. Team members assist with a variety of land improvement, excavation, and site development projects. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Perform general labor on excavation, land clearing, and boulder wall projects Operate a variety of heavy equipment, depending on experience and training (excavators, skid loaders, etc.) Assist with forestry mulching, brush removal, tree clearing, and site preparation Load, unload, move, and organize materials, tools, and equipment Safely use hand tools, power tools, chainsaws, and other jobsite equipment Assist with equipment maintenance, fueling, cleaning, and daily inspections Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout the day Perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, digging, raking, shoveling, and working outdoors in various weather conditions Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) Be willing to learn new skills, operate new equipment, and assist wherever needed to complete projects efficiently Please note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
