Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of construction tasks, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring projects progress smoothly and safely. Your hands-on work will involve heavy lifting, operating power tools, and contributing to the creation of durable structures. You must be able to travel, and have a valid drivers license. Truck driving and trailer pulling experience will be a plus factor for consideration for employment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple construction disciplines while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of rebar, formwork, and concrete finishing to shape durable foundations and structures Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites Support carpentry tasks including trim carpentry, framing, metal stud framing, and renovation projects Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of plans Perform masonry work such as stucco application, tile laying, and brick or block work for various projects Conduct demolition, cleanup, and site preparation activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment Support roofing installation, caulking, plastering, flooring installation, and other specialized trades as needed Assist with concrete pumping, mixing concrete with mixers or portable equipment to meet project specifications Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes when certified and trained to do so Follow safety protocols diligently while performing heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces Qualifications Prior experience working on construction sites or in related roles is highly preferred Mechanical knowledge including familiarity with tools, equipment operation, and basic maintenance Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods Knowledge of construction estimating processes is a plus but not required Skills in rebar installation, concrete forming/finishing, masonry, welding or tile laying are advantageous Valid driver's license for commercial driving or operating heavy equipment is desirable Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Join us to build something lasting!
