Responsibilities Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment and saws to support various tasks Prepare and install formwork, rebar, and metal studs according to blueprints and schematics Perform concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and sealing to create durable structures Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim work, drywall installation, and roofing projects Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to execute specific project requirements Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations and ensure compliance during daily operations Must get business insurance within 30 days Skills Mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience operating power tools and heavy equipment Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction estimating principles Proficiency in concrete forming, finishing, cutting, and pouring techniques Knowledge of rebar installation, metal stud framing, stucco application, caulking, plastering, tile laying, flooring installation, and restoration work Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper technique Familiarity with construction site safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Experience working on diverse construction projects including commercial buildings, renovations, roofing jobs, and heavy equipment operation This role offers an engaging environment where your physical skills meet technical expertise.
