Flexible (you choose when you work) Job Summary We're hiring reliable movers and laborer for an on-call position. Great for a summer job, or gig workers who want flexible extra income. No need to come into HQ for your shift. Most of our guys run out of Cape Girardeau! Service Area We travel often (100+ mile radius).
Common areas include:
Cape Girardeau, Paducah, Carbondale, Marion ✅ Paid drive time Responsibilities Load/unload trucks and customer belongings Pack and wrap furniture (pads, shrink wrap, tape) Move efficiently while protecting items Maintain a professional attitude with customers Help with specialty items when needed (safes, pianos, antiques) Requirements Driver's license required Reliable transportation required Able to lift heavy items and work long days Dependable and punctual (no call/no show not tolerated) Bonuses/Pay Bonus pay for overweight items Tips on many jobs Paid drive time to job sites Onsite pay starts at $20+/hr for experienced loaders Endurance and preservation matter more than muscle.
