Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Manual Laborer, where your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will directly contribute to the successful completion of construction projects. You'll be an essential part of a collaborative environment, helping to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every job site. All positions are paid, offering valuable opportunities to develop your skills and grow within the construction industry. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including water, sewer pipe and fittings Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling components Support masonry and concrete work Conduct site cleanup and organize materials to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Follow detailed construction plans and technical drawings for various projects Support heavy equipment operation under supervision for tasks like excavation or material transport Skills Experience with construction site work in outdoor environments across diverse construction projects Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and basic fabrication techniques Knowledge of construction management principles and safety protocols adherence Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately Experience operating heavy equipment safely in compliance with safety regulations Ability to work effectively as part of a team in physically demanding conditions This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction who want to develop their skills across multiple trades.
