In this role, you will support various phases of construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality on-site. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help drive projects forward while gaining valuable experience across multiple construction disciplines. Duties Assist with the setup, organization, and cleanup of construction sites to maintain a safe and efficient work environment Support skilled tradespeople with tasks such as material handling, tool operation, and site preparation Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and finishing work Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to understand project requirements and assist accordingly Operate heavy equipment safely for site excavation, grading, or material transport under supervision Perform concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work as needed to support structural elements Aid in installation of doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile work, roofing components, and other fixtures Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated individuals Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques is advantageous Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics helps in understanding project specifications Experience with specific trades such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry (including trim carpentry), stucco application, or welding is a plus Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently is desirable Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods throughout the workday This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to learn multiple facets of construction while contributing to impactful projects.
