Experienced Laborer

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced laborer to join our team. SimCo does a variety of services such as excavating, remodeling, building, handyman work, and etc; so, having the necessary experience is very important! Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials, tools, and equipment across job sites Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing, and setting up necessary supplies and safety barriers Perform duties assigned by supervisor Perform general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment Operate basic machinery and tools Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines efficiently and effectively Requirements Proven experience as a laborer or in a similar physically demanding role Ability to perform strenuous physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong attention to detail Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and reliability Basic understanding of construction or maintenance processes Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors Valid driver's license may be preferred depending on job site requirements Ability to perform work without step-by-step direction from supervisor Join us in building something great! Pay:

$18.00 - $30.00 per hour
