Responsibilities Assist with the interpretation of construction plans and technical drawings to support project execution Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks to move materials, equipment, and supplies safely and efficiently Operate power tools and equipment repair tools to support ongoing construction activities Implement erosion control measures to protect the environment and ensure site stability Follow strict safety regulations, including OSHA safety standards, respiratory protection protocols, and climbing safety procedures Support the installation of erosion control barriers and other site infrastructure as per project specifications Conduct routine workplace safety inspections, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and reporting any hazards or incidents promptly Requirements Proven industrial construction experience or related manual labor background Ability to read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings accurately Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations, including OSHA standards Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, climbing, and manual handling tasks throughout the shift Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair is a plus Familiarity with power tools, workplace safety practices, and respiratory protection equipment Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and attention to detail Join us as a Night Shift Laborer and be part of a dedicated team committed to building excellence while prioritizing safety at every step.
