Job Description

Elite Glass Care is growing, and we're looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our team as Window Cleaning Technicians. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and taking pride in delivering quality work. Experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do:
Clean residential and commercial windows Clean screens, tracks, and sills Perform solar panel cleaning Use ladders and water-fed pole systems Provide excellent customer service Maintain a professional appearance on job sites
Requirements:
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders Ability to lift and carry equipment Attention to detail Valid driver's license preferred
