Construction Laborer - Full TimePollard Properties Development CompanyMoscow Mills, MO Pollard Properties Development Company is looking to add a motivated Construction Laborer to our growing team building apartment communities in Moscow Mills, Missouri. We are a family-run construction and development company specializing in ground-up apartment construction and large-scale apartment rehabs throughout the area. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get into the construction field, learn from experienced carpenters and tradesmen, and grow within the company. This is a full-time, in-person position with a minimum of 40 hours per week plus overtime opportunities. Job Duties Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Site clean up and maintaining safe job sites Cleaning apartment buildings after trades complete work Moving and organizing construction materials Paint prep and general construction prep work Assisting carpenters and other trades as needed Operating equipment such as skid loaders and lulls (preferred but not required) General labor tasks related to apartment construction and rehab You will work closely with our lead carpenters and construction team on both new construction and renovation projects.
