Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various construction projects, supporting skilled tradespeople and ensuring the smooth progress of building activities. The Construction Laborer must be physically fit, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new skills in a dynamic environment. Work Location & Travel Expectations Our main office is located in Moscow Mills, MO; however, the majority of our projects are in St. Louis County and surrounding St. Louis areas . Employees typically report directly to job sites , not the office. Team members may come to the Moscow Mills office 2-3 times per month for meetings, materials, or paperwork. Applicants should be comfortable with regular travel to job sites throughout the St. Louis area. Duties Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including unloading materials and equipment. Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers in their tasks. Load and unload construction materials and tools as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment. Assist with site cleanup, debris removal, and organization of materials. Help with setting up scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials. Skills Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team. Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and practices. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks on-site. Prior experience in construction or related fields is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license is preferred for transportation purposes.
