Construction Laborer Oller Building Co. is looking for a dependable, hardworking Construction Laborer to join our growing team! Position Details Full-Time Monday-Friday 40+ Hours Per Week Weekly Pay Benefits Available Pay Based on Experience Responsibilities Perform general carpentry work Replace and repair trim Complete drywall repairs Paint interior and exterior surfaces Adjust and repair doors Perform general property maintenance and repairs Mow and maintain residential and commercial properties Assist with construction projects as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of construction experience preferred Experience in carpentry and general maintenance Knowledge of drywall repair, painting, trim installation, and door adjustments Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong work ethic with attention to detail Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Benefits available Stable, year-round employment Opportunity to work on a variety of residential construction and maintenance projects Supportive team environment Apply today and become part of the Oller Building Co. team!
