Construction Laborer

Overview This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction sites, contribute to impactful projects, and develop valuable skills in the Manufactured Housing industry. As a Construction Laborer, you will support skilled installers by performing essential tasks that keep projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create structures that stand the test of time! Duties Assist with the preparation of sites by clearing debris, Loading and unloading materials, and setting up necessary equipment. Help with the installation of homes under supervision. Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to support various construction activities. Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and free of hazards to promote safety for all team members. Follow safety protocols diligently. Support the transportation and delivery of Homes and materials around the site as needed to maintain workflow. Assist with site cleanup at the end of each shift to keep the work environment safe and efficient. Experience Previous experience in construction or manual labor is a plus; we value motivation and a strong work ethic above all. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work well within a team environment. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Basic understanding of construction tools and safety procedures is beneficial but training will be provided. Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly throughout the day. Willingness to learn new skills and take on diverse tasks on fast-paced construction sites.
