Hardscape Laborer Weldon Spring, MO Job Details Full-time $25 - $30 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Maintaining an organized workspace Outdoor work Unloading Concrete finishing Concrete forming Power tools Hardscaping construction projects Clean workspace maintenance Landscaping Hand tools Working on construction projects Entry level Full Job Description Job Duties & Responsibilities Assist with installation of decorative concrete curbing, including site prep, forming, pouring, and finishing Perform concrete flatwork such as sidewalks, patios, and slabs Help build retaining walls using block, stone, or other materials Assist with patio installations including pavers, natural stone, and outdoor living spaces Prepare job sites by digging, grading, leveling, and compacting soil Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites Follow directions from crew leaders to complete projects on time and to company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, etc.) Assist with cleanup at the end of each job site Support other landscaping tasks as needed (mulch, rock, drainage, etc.) Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers on-site
