Job Description
We are looking for dependable and hardworking individuals to join our growing construction team as Construction Laborers. In this role, you will assist with a variety of construction activities on residential and commercial projects while working alongside experienced trades professionals. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and wants to build valuable skills in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare job sites by removing debris, organizing materials, and setting up equipment or temporary structures Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials, tools, and supplies Support carpenters, concrete crews, electricians, and other skilled trades as needed Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, mixing materials, measuring, and basic assembly work Maintain a clean and organized work environment to improve efficiency and safety Operate basic hand and power tools safely and responsibly Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines while on-site Inspect tools and equipment regularly and report any damage or safety concerns Work efficiently with crew members to keep projects on schedule Qualifications & Skills Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Capable of lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, bending, climbing, and working on active job sites Strong attention to safety and detail Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to take direction and complete tasks efficiently Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site procedures is helpful Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company Reliable transportation and punctual attendance preferred Experience Previous construction or labor experience preferred, but not required On-the-job training available for motivated candidates
