Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a General Help. Responsibilities Assist with general cleaning, organizing, and maintenance tasks throughout the facility Support team members with various operational duties as assigned Help with loading and unloading construction supplies or materials Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols Perform light manual labor including lifting, moving items, and setting up equipment Mow, trim, and edge lawns regularly to maintain a neat appearance. Collect and dispose of construction or any debris from indoor /outdoor areas. Qualifications Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Basic physical stamina for manual tasks such as lifting and standing for periods of time Good communication skills and willingness to follow directions Prior experience is not required but is a plus; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential Ability to pass any necessary background checks or safety screenings required by the employer This position provides an excellent entry point for individuals looking to develop their skills in a dynamic work setting while contributing to the overall success of the team.
