Job Description
Montana Elastomers is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Black Eagle, MT. We specialize in protective coatings for everything from truck beds and vehicles to decks, concrete, industrial equipment, and other custom projects. No two days are exactly the same, and we're looking for someone who isn't afraid to get dirty, work hard, and help wherever needed. What You'll Do Assist with preparation for spray-on coatings, including sanding, grinding, masking, cleaning, and surface preparation Help with sandblasting and removal of existing coatings and materials Assist with truck beds, vehicles, decks, concrete, industrial projects, and other coating jobs Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized shop and work areas Use hand and power tools safely Assist coating technicians and shop staff as needed Work both in the shop and outdoors/on job sites Perform other general labor duties as needed Montana Elastomers is looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Black Eagle, MT. More than anything, we're looking for someone who has a good work ethic, takes pride in what they do, and is willing to learn. Pay:
$16.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per weekBenefits:
