Construction Crew Leader — Traveling Construction Mod Squad Construction is hiring a Construction Crew Leader based out of Butte, Montana . We are looking for an experienced construction worker who can lead a small traveling crew, keep jobs moving, and work hands-on with the crew. Our company sets up and dismantles modular office units throughout the Midwest. This is a traveling position. Crew members may be away from home for several days at a time and must be comfortable working long days when needed. Transportation from Butte to job sites is provided in company vehicles. Hotels and job-related fuel are covered by the company.

Job Duties:

Lead a small construction crew on job sites Set up and dismantle modular office units Level and join units Install anchors, skirting, steps, trim, and roofing materials Perform general construction tasks as needed Keep the crew productive, safe, and organized Communicate with ownership about job progress, materials, and issues Track hours accurately and help make sure crew time is reported correctly Work hands-on alongside the crew We are looking for someone who: Has construction experience Can lead others and take responsibility Shows up consistently and on time Works hard without needing constant supervision Can travel and stay out of town for jobs Can handle long days and physical construction work Communicates clearly Can work well with a traveling crew Takes pride in doing the job correctly Crew lead, foreman, or leadership experience is preferred. Modular office experience is helpful but not required. Mod Squad Construction is a small, family-run construction company. We need someone dependable, honest, and ready to lead by example.

Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
