Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction projects by performing a range of tasks that contribute to the successful completion of jobs. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Rockin H Construction preforms the following projects: Framing, Siding, Roofing, Landscaping, Excavation, Snow Plowing. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Operate hand tools and power tools as directed by supervisors. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage. Follow instructions from foremen and project managers to complete tasks efficiently. Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site to minimize risks. Must be comfortable with heights/ the use of ladders. Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Experience Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Ability to read and understand blueprints or construction plans. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others on a team. Must be physically fit, capable of performing strenuous tasks for extended periods.
