Our projects include excavation, site prep, utilities, grading, and general civil construction. We're looking for a dependable Construction Laborer who wants to grow with our company long-term. Position Summary The Construction Laborer supports daily field operations by assisting equipment operators, preparing job sites, and performing general labor tasks. This role is ideal for someone reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn construction skills. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation and cleanup Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Shoveling, raking, grading, and trenching Support equipment operators and skilled trades Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe job site Perform basic hand and power tool tasks Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work as a team Preferred (but not required) Construction or outdoor labor experience Equipment experience (skid steer, excavator, etc.) CDL or interest in obtaining one Pay & Benefits $18
