Job Description

Painting Laborer A well-established local company is seeking a dependable and motivated professional to join its team in Kalispell. Previous painting or construction experience is helpful but not required, making this a great opportunity to build valuable skills and grow within the industry.
Starting Wage:
$20 to $25/hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through
Friday Essential Functions and Duties:
Assist painters and skilled workers with painting, finishing, and job-site tasks Load, unload, move, and organize materials and equipment Prepare work areas and protect surfaces as needed Perform basic cleaning, demolition, sanding, scraping, and surface preparation Operate basic hand and power tools as appropriate Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites while following instructions and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Previous construction, painting, or general labor experience preferred, but not required Comfortable with physical work, lifting materials, and being on your feet for extended periods Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop new skills Strong work ethic and positive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening Get in touch!
