Fencing Laborer

Job Summary This is a manual labor job that requires performance of various fencing related tasks as assigned. Fencing includes agricultural fencing and yard/business fencing. Some jobs will require overnight travel. Work schedule may vary depending on weather conditions. Qualifications Proficient in using hand tools for construction and repair tasks Familiarity with frame carpentry principles and practices Ability to lift heavy objects or materials safely and efficiently Strong ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Experience operating power tools and equipment safely Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools to construct and install a variety of fencing structures. Perform heavy lifting and transport materials to and from the job site. Assist in frame carpentry tasks, ensuring precise measurements and cuts. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Conduct routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance. Follow project specifications and guidelines for quality workmanship.
