Skilled Construction Laborer One of the fastest growing builders in the area is seeking a Skilled Construction Laborer. This builder offers a broad range of both design and build services, both residential and commercial. Their dedication to designing and building distinctive and timeless projects is reflected in each and every project. For over fifteen years, this builder has completed some of the largest residential and commercial builds in the area. They are seeking a reliable, hardworking and skilled Construction Laborer to join their residential construction team. This is a hands-on role for someone who isn't afraid to get dirty, takes pride in their work, and can jump in wherever needed, from sweeping job sites to assisting with framing and finish carpentry. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, solid construction experience, and a willingness to learn and grow.

Competitive Pay:
$25 to $35/hour, depending on experience Benefits for eligible employees: 6 paid holidays and 1 week PTO - bumps up to 2 weeks after first year , 4% 401k matching after 1st year
Essential Functions and Duties:
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free job site, including debris removal and material staging Assist carpenters with tasks across framing, siding, trim, and finish work Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently in support of construction activities Handle loading, unloading, and proper placement of tools and building materials Perform accurate measurements and basic cuts to support building tasks Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to all stages of residential construction from foundation to finish
Qualifications:
2+ years of general construction or carpentry experience preferred Ability to read tape measures and use basic tools Familiarity with job site safety practices Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Positive attitude and team-player mindset Get in touch!
