Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of hands-on tasks that keep construction projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Your contribution will help build strong, lasting structures while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. This position is ideal for motivated individuals eager to learn, work outdoors, and contribute to exciting building projects from start to finish. Responsibilities Must be able to pass drug test Assist skilled tradespeople by carrying materials, tools, and equipment to designated areas on-site Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Support with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete or other materials as needed Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Follow safety guidelines diligently to maintain a secure working environment for everyone on site Help with loading and unloading supplies, ensuring proper storage and handling of materials Perform general site cleanup to keep work areas organized and hazard-free Experience Preferably some carpentry experience but not necessary Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Strong teamwork skills with a positive Basic understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as key qualities Join us in building something great!
